okay, so today i'm depriving myself of food. okay okay, fasting lol. so far i've had a cup of coffee with equal which is like 6 calories. so all i'm gonna have today is water, coffee, green tea, and umm.. gum maybe. i think i broke the plateau cause when i woke up, i lost like 1 pound. YAY! :)
